When a Lamborghini Huracán rolls into the shop, the stakes are immediately clear. The project: full-body paint protection film coverage using Ceramic Pro's KAVACA Ultimate PPF, combined with ceramic window tint on all glass. The owner's priorities were simple — protect the paint completely, keep the car looking factory-fresh, and reduce cabin heat without going too dark on the windows.

Full-body PPF on a Lamborghini Huracán is a multi-day project. The car's aggressive body lines, wide fenders, and low-slung nose require precise computer-cut templates and experienced hands to wrap cleanly around every edge. We start with a full paint decontamination and inspection — any swirl marks or light scratches are corrected before the film goes on, because PPF locks in whatever is underneath it.

Film used: KAVACA Ultimate PPF (self-healing, hydrophobic top coat, 10-year warranty). Coverage: full hood, full fenders, full doors, full rear bumper, full roof, side mirrors, door cups, and rocker panels. The result is complete paint protection with zero visible seams on the primary panels.

For the windows, we installed Ceramic Pro KAVACA ceramic window film at 35% VLT on the rear and side windows, and 50% VLT on the front side windows to stay within Utah's legal limit. Ceramic film was the only option the owner considered — standard dyed film simply doesn't perform at the level a car like this demands. The heat rejection is immediately noticeable, and the optical clarity of ceramic film complements the car's aggressive look without looking aftermarket.

Total project time: two full days. The owner picked up the car on day three after a final quality inspection. The combination of full-body PPF and ceramic tint means this Huracán is protected against rock chips, UV damage, chemical stains, and solar heat — all while looking completely stock.
